Don Sedgwick, President of S&A, is married to Monica, and has 4 children. He began in the industry managing his father's 200-store fashion jewelry retail chain with the tradenames, "Golden Chain Gang," and "GoldenChain, International." He graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in Business Management, and is fluent in Spanish.

In his community, Don serves as School Board President, and is active in his church. In his spare time, Don enjoys athletics, especially sea kayaking, mountain biking, tennis, and basketball (he could have gone to the NBA but chose fashion jewelry instead). Don is willing and able to work with each customer individually, normally staying in the office to service his customers while others represent the company on the road. He is committed to his customers' success and satisfaction.

Raj Ahuja is Executive Vice-President of S&A, is married to Rajni, and has two married children, and five grandchildren. Raj received degrees in Business Management and Gemology in his native India before working in the United States in the fashion jewelry industry.

He has experience in the plating industry, and at one time supplied chain to Don's retail company. It was through that association that Mr. Sedgwick hired Raj in 1988. Raj regularly represents S&A at the international gift show in Las Vegas.
